My Story
I have always enjoyed designing and creating party experiences. Growing up, my mom went above and beyond to make sure all of our birthday parties were a true and unique experience. Our house would be transformed and our guests were immediately immersed into a special experience. The memories I have from those experiences are priceless and I treasure every party my mom created. Fast forward to adulthood and I have treated every celebration from my bridal shower to my own children's' parties with the same dedication. Creating special moments and memories are a passion of mine and I take great pride in helping my clients feel the same magical experience.
In 2010, I graduated from Appalachian State University with an Elementary Education Degree with a concentration in Mathematics. I taught elementary school for 12 years and had many successes along the way. However, in 2021 I decided that a change was needed. After much reflection and discussion with loved ones, I decided to make my passion my new reality. After about 6-8 months of developing my new business, I officially launched Pixie Dust Parties LLC in June 2022.
My goal is for this business to help clients feel less stressed about planning their celebrations and enjoy the magic in their special moments. From birthdays to anniversaries and everything in between, we aim to create a smooth and magical experience for our clients. If you have an idea, we can make it a reality. Or if you need help developing the ideas then we can do that too. We create magically poppin' decor one balloon at a time!
